Emerge Maine

I was born and raised in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. I married into a multi generational fishing family in Harpswell where I live with my husband and our two children.I am currently the Development Director for Maine State Music Theatre, which is a not for profit theater in Brunswick.  Prior to working at MSMT I was lucky enough to be a stay at home mother for 11 years.I was also a member of Prime Time Parents in Harpswell for 8 years.  Five other women and I wrote an original play, produced the shows using local parents, teachers and community members as actors.  The show ran for two nights each spring as a dinner theater raising approximately $10k a year which we gave to different school groups within the SAD75 community. From the time I took Problems of Democracy in high school I have been intrigued by politics
